Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kaasni. We value your trust and want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Since our products include handmade jewellery, personal care items, wellness goods, toys, and home/party décor, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Handmade Jewellery & Décor Items:
    Returns are accepted only if the item is delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Hair Care, Skin Care & Wellness Products:
    For hygiene and safety reasons, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged or wrong.

  • Toys & Party Décor:
    Returns are accepted if the product is defective, broken, or significantly different from what was shown on the website.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team WhatsApp 0333-8473222 / orders@kaasni.pk .

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) and unboxing pictures/videos may be required for claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery and décor.

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used.

  • Discounted or clearance sale items.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, you can choose between:

    • Replacement/Exchange of the same or similar item (subject to stock availability).

    • Refund (processed via your original payment method or store credit).

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
