1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Time & Charges

Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): 3–7 business days.

Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–2 business days (extra charges apply).

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Coverage

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.

For high-value orders, we may require advance payment (partial or full) before dispatch.
6. Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.

Handmade jewellery and fragile items are shipped in secure boxes with protective wrapping.

7. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery times may be affected by weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Remote area deliveries may take longer than standard timelines.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the parcel has been handed over.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will assist in replacement, refund, or claim as per our Return & Refund Policy.
