Thank you for shopping with Kaasni.pk. We aim to provide you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Delivery Time & Charges

  • Standard Delivery (Within Pakistan): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery (Selected Cities): 1–2 business days (extra charges apply).

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order size.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

  • You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.


4. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across most cities in Pakistan.

  • For high-value orders, we may require advance payment (partial or full) before dispatch.


6. Packaging & Handling

  • All products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.

  • Handmade jewellery and fragile items are shipped in secure boxes with protective wrapping.

  • Personal care products are sealed to maintain hygiene.


7. Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times may be affected by weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Remote area deliveries may take longer than standard timelines.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies once the parcel has been handed over.


8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • We will assist in replacement, refund, or claim as per our Return & Refund Policy.
